Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows & same day cancellations. I charge a 50% fee for any appointments canceled the night before. Appointments canceled prior to the 24-hour window, will be able to put deposit towards a rescheduled appointment. If no fee is paid, you will not be able to rebook. I give a 15 min grace period, then the appt is considered a no show.
